# Who does what while we wait for the next files

## You (when the next files arrive)

1. Prefer energy packs in their own folder or zip. Name it something like `BEC_batch3`.
2. Keep mortgage SAR packs in a different folder if you can. If not, the Agent will hold them out.
3. Do not send AppleDouble `._` files if you can avoid them.
4. For each live energy case, the ideal set is: contract or welcome letter + LOA + bills for the same site.
5. When a commission % or fair rate is missing, the action is: ask the lead provider, and if needed ask the supplier. Do not send a guessed number.

## Me (done or ready now)

1. Rebranded the pipeline to Crimson Extract / Data Bridge / Calculator / Quantum Valuation.
2. Classifier now splits energy, mortgage, AppleDouble and other.
3. Data Bridge now has Blanks_and_Actions, Glossary, Weekly_Improvement_Log, Document_Schedule.
4. Hard rule remains: no invented rates.
5. One-case and batch commands are the same.

## When the next files land

1. Classify the new pile.
2. Calibrate extractors on any new supplier layouts.
3. Produce one sample Bridge and one sample report from a complete energy case.
4. Only then wire Calculator population for that case.
